We are a Dutch company with a close-knit network in Spain. We don't sell homes of our own: we search, vet and connect — bringing together the best of both sides.

The bridge between northern Europe and Spain
Buying a home in Spain is a dream, but the process is different from what you know: different laws, different taxes, a different language and a market that is hard to see clearly from abroad.
That is why we work from the Netherlands, with the reliability you expect from a Dutch company, and on the ground in Spain with partners we know personally and have trusted for years.
Our role is simple: we are your search partner and advisor. We search on your behalf, scrutinise homes and partners, and guide you until the keys are in your hand — and beyond.

We search the whole market and only present homes that truly fit, with an honest view of the pros and cons.

Viewing trip
We plan your trip and route and join you on site. After every viewing we refine the shortlist.

Legal & financial
With our lawyers and gestores we arrange your NIE, bank account, due diligence (nota simple) and, if needed, a mortgage.

Notary & keys
We guide the reservation, purchase contract and signing at the notary.

After the purchase
We remain on hand: utilities, property management, rentals and a reliable network of trades.
